NPI is proud to announce that Dane Elson has been promoted to the position of Senior Associate with effect from 01 March 2022.

Dane has expertise in a variety of commercial legal transactions having worked on large acquisitions and disposals, B-BBEE and tax structuring, private equity transactions, property sales and leases, and supply and distribution agreements for a number of clients. Dane also has experience dealing with matters in both the High Court and Magistrates’ Courts.

Dane holds an LLB degree (UFS) and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2020.
